THE man due to fight Willie Limond in Glasgow next month says he’s praying for the Scottish boxing hero.
Limond, 45, is fighting for his life after suffering a suspected seizure in his car.

The fighter is in a critical condition after being rushed to hospital after being discovered unresponsive when the alarm was raised on Saturday.
Limond was taken to Monklands hospital in Airdrie where he remains in a critical condition.
He was found just hours before he was due to take part in a public workout in Glasgow ahead of his upcoming fight.
Limond, a former Commonwealth lightweight champion, is slated to face Joe Laws at the Emirates Arena on May 3.
And in the wake of the hugely concerning developments, Laws had revealed he’s praying for Limond.
The Geordie boxer, 29, revealed he’s become a huge fan of Limond in the time they’ve been scheduled to face each other.
Laws also revealed he’d love to just be able to have a coffee with Limond, never mind box him in the ring.
He said: “I was a fan of Willie before the fight and an even bigger fan now.
“He’s a born fighter.
“F*** this fight. I’m praying to God he makes a full recovery so we can share a Costa Coffee.”

In a post on Instagram, Laws confirmed that the fight was off and added that he was praying for stricken Limond.
He added: “Life is mad. Just goes to show you never know what’s around the corner.
“Willie my old son, you were in my prayers last night and in them tonight.
“Everyone say a little prayer for this warrior these next few days please.
“Of course the fight is off.”
Limond retired from boxing last September following his fight with fellow veteran Ricky Burns.
It was thought that would be his final retirement from the sport with Limond having stepped away before.
Limond previously revealed how he was aiming to bounce back from his defeat to Burns by changing his eating and drinking habits.
Last week, he said: “After I lost to Ricky I changed my diet and the results have been a pleasant surprise.
“For well over 20 years prior to that I didn’t have a full night’s rest – I was getting by on three hours a night at best.
“However, ever since I made the changes things have been so much better. I cut out sugar and processed food.
“But I sleep for six hours every night now, and wake up feeling as energetic as a Duracell bunny.”
